Planning Services
We do more than take orders for furniture. After more than 16 years in the business, we’re experts at asking the right questions to understand not only the physical and workflow requirements that the furniture needs to support, but also the intangibles – the corporate culture and effect you want to create. As an independent and unaligned dealer, our only agenda is making sure you get the furniture that best meets your budgetary and other needs.

We’re also comfortable interfacing with a variety of the players involved in the furniture selection process, from architecture and design firms, to facilities operations, to the managers and supervisors who are closest to the end users. For us, success means finding the solutions that provide the optimal combination of form and function, while meeting our customer’s budgetary needs and other requirements.

Project Management
To ensure customer satisfaction, we systematically monitor each step of the sales and installation process for adherence to schedule. We also keep you informed by providing status reports detailing when the manufacturer received your order, when it has shipped, and when you can expect it. What’s more, throughout the process, we constantly think ahead in order to address any contingency that may arise.

Naturally, we’re also pros in the installation and setup process. We’re experienced in working with your planning or facility staff to coordinate the logistics of delivery, as well as arriving onsite to handle the inspection and setup of each piece of furniture. We are also skilled at coordinating our services with those of other trades that may be involved, such as cabling and carpeting.

Other Services
We can make recommendations for the ‘finishing touches’ for your workspace, such as signage, plants, artwork, and magazine racks. In short, we are able to provide end-to-end service — taking you from where you are now to where you need to be, and keeping distractions to a minimum throughout the process. We also offer a variety of ancillary services, including taking inventory of existing furniture and refurbishing, reconditioning and reupholstering furniture.
